Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. However, the doors produced are bespoke made to the specific sizes requested by the customers.Hence these doors can't be returned or exchanged unless until these are faulty.
- If a product gets damaged or was found faulty upon delivery - we offer a replacement for the same. Kindly check the door properly on delviery before signing the delivery note for any damage in transit. Take a unboxing video of the door to provide proof of any damage/fault and share the same with us and return the door to the delivery guy to bring it back to the warehouse. If you accept the door and sign the delivery note and inform us of the damage later then we can't process a refund or replacement.
- To be eligible for a replacement, goods must be, unused, undamaged and in it's original packing and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doors that are fitted cannot be replaced.
- For replacements, please email sales@glasswin.co.uk with the subject 'Replacement Door' and include your order number, name and the reason for the replacement.
- When return/replacement item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the replacement.
