Yes, you can choose any RAL colour for your Aluminium Front Door door. However, please be mindful that though the common colours like RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and White are free of charge any other RAL colour would come at an extra cost. The additional price for a RAL colour of your choice further varies depending on the fact that the colour chosen is one of the RAL colours in our stock like Black RAL 9005, Light Grey RAL 7040, Red RAL 3004, Green RAL 6011 , Brown RAL 8004 or another RAL colour which needs to be sourced. The RAL colours in stock will be cheaper than the RAL colour that is to be sourced specially for you. The fact that the power coating machine has to be cleaned completely to colour just one aluminium door in a specific colour further escalates the cost, as the machine cannot be used to colour multiple doors at one time, which is a usual practice to colour common colours like RAL 7016 and White.

Though our standard door sizes included in the price are 1000mm W x 2000mm H, 1000mm W x 2100mm H, and 1100mm W x 2100mm H, however, it is very much possible to get a customized Aluminium Front Door to fit your opening size at an additional cost. For example, if your opening size is 1055mm wide and 2125mm high then a customized door to fit this opening size is very much possible to be produced. For larger openings, we can produce single aluminium doors as high as 2500mm and as wide as 1250mm ( possible only in high-end series Gold Reynaers and Schuco Series). Optionally, sidelights and top lights can be used in larger openings.  

Most contemporary Glasswin Aluminium Front Door Designs can be produced in any of our Door Series - Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Series. However, the traditional designs are only possible in highend Gold, Platinum and Diamond series except TR 1223 and TR 1224 designs are available in Silver Series too. 

Our Standard Delivery time varies between 6-9 weeks. The customer would be made aware of the approximate delivery time at the time of placing the order.

Yes, a slight modification in our standard designs for Aluminium Front Doors is possible. For example, the grooves and/or stainless steel trims in the design can be omitted if desired. The design in glass (clear lines) can be omitted. The glazed panel can be plain sandblasted finish (also called satin finish) or clear glass instead.

Taking the measurements for your Aluminium Front Door size is no rocket science. We can guide you over the phone or a video call as to how to take the measurements. We can also provide you with a guide to take the sizes for your front door if need be. In case, you are still not convinced we can help in finding a fitter for you to take the sizes. Please be mindful that the fitter may charge you to do so.

Yes of course you can fit the Aluminium Front Door yourself or use your handyman or fitter/builder to do so. We are always available to guide you on this if required.

Most of the aluminium front door companies use powder coated paint on their doors. Powder coating is a quality process for painting metal doors for a long lasting paint finish. Both, smooth paint finish and textured paint finish. are possible in powder coated painting. Textured powder coated finish provides a grainy finish to the paint, such that when you run your hand on the door it feels like sand. This is a high end paint finish which is finger print resistant. It is also quite sturdy and scratch resistant as compared to the smooth powder coated finish. We at Glasswin can provide both smooth and textured powder coated finish for our doors at no extra cost. We can also provide our doors in Marine powder coated finish for customers living in costal areas. However, there is an extra charge for this special paint.

We only accept offline payments via direct bank transfer in the UK. Cash on Delivery is not available. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than GBP.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. However, the Aluminium Front Doors produced are bespoke and made to the specific sizes requested by the customers. Hence these doors can't be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. If a product gets damaged or is found faulty upon delivery - we offer a replacement for the same. Kindly check the door properly on delivery before signing the delivery note for any damage in transit. Take an unboxing video of the Aluminium Front Door to provide proof of any damage/fault share the same with us and return the door to the delivery guy to bring it back to the warehouse. If you accept the aluminium door, sign the delivery note and inform us of the damage later then we can't process a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, goods must be, unused, undamaged, in their original packing and accompanied by proof of purchase. Aluminium Front doors that are fitted cannot be replaced. For replacements, please email sales@glasswin.co.uk with the subject 'Replacement Door' and include your order number, name and the reason for the replacement. When the return/replacement item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the replacement.
